TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms shall govern the contractual relationship between you and PFV Tax Solutions, SL a company with spanish address at Urb. Nueva Alcantara, Edf. los Naranjos, 5-Bajo C, San Pedro Alcantara,29670 Marbella, Malaga, Spain with VAT no B93368454, and registered in Spain in the Malaga trade register with entry number 1, volume 5344, sheet 171, page number 125751.

CONTRACTING OUR SERVICES :
Any individual or company that require professional services in Spain may contract our services. Homeowners in Spain considered non-resident for tax purposes are included. In order to contract our services the potential client must fill out the corresponding forms with her personal or company information, and pay for the taxes plus our services and any sales taxes applicable.
Once the payment is fulfilled, our professional team will check the data submitted by you and prepare your non-residents tax declaration. Finally we will file the client’s tax declaration with the Spanish tax authorities.
OFFICIAL PROOF OF PAYMENT OF TAX :
Within 10 days or less the client will receive a copy of the tax declaration submitted to the Spanish tax office by us.
USER RIGHTS
The user has the right to receive confirmation of the services described by means of a corresponding invoice and to receive by electronic mail the official document of the tax once done properly.
USER OBLIGATIONS
The user must enter all mandatory fields correctly as the service is performed based on this information. PFV Tax Solutions, SL will only use the data provided by the user to make the tax calculation. He/she shall pay in advance through our payment gateway, in order to receive the service.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
The only accepted form of payment is by credit card, performed through the external, secure bank payment platform to which the user will be directed after filling the order data.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
In compliance with Law 15/99 and with reference to Article 5, we inform you that your personal data will be part of a file whose sole purpose is the provision of the services contracted with our company. This information will be preserved in our database complying with the safety standards established by Royal Decree 1720/2007. Sending us your data by filling out the forms in this website implies your knowledge and consent to such use.
